Our RN’s are time tested in patience and understanding and they provide ongoing supervision for our Certified Nurse’s Aides. Victoria Mews conducts regular scheduled training and educational classes for our entire staff so that every employee is constantly reminded of the challenges of aging and the personalized assistance that is needed. A compliment to our nursing staff is that for more than two years more than 10% of our resident population is an immediate family member of a medical doctor or registered nurse.
