Compassionate Leadership

There simply is no substitute for strong, caring leadership. Our three owners are not just a high-level management team; they work together to ensure an atmosphere of caring and compassion is maintained at all times. The end result is the creation of an environment that is much more than an assisted living community… it truly is a family.

Pat Calello

Pat Calello was the driving force behind the development of Victoria Mews, and today he serves as co-managing partner. He’s a resident and active member of Boonton Township. With a background in real estate development, Pat understood the need for a quality assisted living community in a beautiful Morris County setting – the kind of place he would proudly recommend to his own family. Today, he still keeps his finger on the pulse of operations at Victoria Mews.

Jean Fahey

Jean Fahey is a co-managing partner at Victoria Mews. She is a cum laude graduate of the Seton Hall School of Nursing, and has decades of experience in nursing and administration. Jean has worked in many different settings – home care, residential and assisted living. Her exceptional nursing skills and her true compassion for people make her a superb advocate for our residents. Jean’s hands-on approach and keen judgment are behind the outstanding quality of nursing care at Victoria Mews.

Anne Ortega

Anne Ortega is a co-managing partner. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing and her graduate degree in psychology, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Her extensive experience includes mental healthcare, home care, assisted living, plus nursing and administration in clinics and hospitals. A skillful leader with uncompromising standards, Anne challenges staff to strive for excellence and professionalism, so they can provide the very best services to all of our residents.

Both Jean and Anne are Registered Nurses, and all three of Victoria Mews’ owners are Certified Assisted Living Administrators
